- Use SeaCall. SeaCall is a a mental health app created specifically for Indian seafarers and

Indian maritime industry. It helps seafarers aboard merchant ships, and who are away from home
to deal with
separation, its related anxiety and general stress, anxiety all the way to depression related to
and specific to their
profession and industry. It provides mental health videos, articles and curated Al based
chatbots for interaction to help
seafarers manage their mental health. It also has a mental health helpline which could refer
extreeme cases to a trained
panel of psychiatrists.
